I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The hotel facilities, including the private pool and BBQ area, were great. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the beaches and the town center.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Playa del Carmen for 2 months. The owners, Tony and Laura, were exceptional hosts, providing care and assistance throughout my stay. The grounds were beautifully decorated with murals and potted plants, and the pool was sparkling clean. Tony even shuttled us to nearby places when needed. The room was exactly as pictured and the location was convenient to the beach and 5th street. I felt like I was leaving new family members behind and will definitely return.

The couple managing the suites were extremely attentive, promptly replacing a broken TV and providing cooking tools when requested. The location right on the beach was perfect, allowing easy access to the shoreline and the poolside area. Laura and Tony, the owners, went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay, even offering a ride to our bus stop for a tour. The complimentary snacks and food provided, along with a great housekeeper, made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning!

What set this hotel apart was the daily restocking of essentials like milk, eggs, cereal, and bread in my room. The additional wooden barrier provided in each room eliminated any noise from the road. The hotel had a swimming pool and offered free beach towels for guests. Free bike rentals were also available. The location was convenient, with attractions and amenities within walking distance. The highlight of my stay was the warm and friendly owners, Tony and Laury, who went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great time. They were always available to assist with any needs and even accompanied me to the doctor when I fell ill. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.
